I specialize in reproductive counselling, fertility support, perinatal/postpartum mental health. I also support adults with ADHD, as well as anxiety & depression.Talk therapy can be helpful, but trauma lives in both the mind & the body. Healing happens when we work with both. I use an integrative approach that includes CBT, DBT, somatic/nervous-system–based work, and attachment-focused therapy to help reduce reactivity, build regulation, and create lasting change.
