We are a small team of warm, approachable master’s level therapists supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families through real-life challenges. All of our counsellors are registered professionals with advanced training and a strong foundation in evidence-based care. We support clients navigating mental health, ADHD, autism, trauma, addictions, grief, relationship struggles, health concerns, and the impact of separation and divorce. Our goal is to create a space where people feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely supported. Our welcoming downtown Kelowna office offers both in-person and virtual counselling.
We support clients of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, mental health, relationships. divorce, and parenting challenges. We offer play therapy, EMDR, CBT, EFT, somatic approaches, Autism and ADHD support, Gottman therapy, addictions, co-parenting and separation counselling, family and couples counselling.
As a team, we believe change is possible, even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Our goal is to help you understand what’s beneath the surface and build healthier patterns.
