If you feel challenged in your relationships, are struggling with parenting&difficult behaviors, heightened states of anxiety, depression, anger, or total avoidance of others, you are not alone. Conflict, loss, major life changes, & relationship problems are painful and can lead to feelings of hopelessness, overwhelm, complete dysregulation, uncertainty and self doubt. I provide counselling to individuals, couples, families, and parents. My approach is informed by Gottman and Prepare Enrich methods, attachment focused interventions, family systems theory, and evidence-based trauma processing approaches that can all support healing.

I work from a family systems, attachment, trauma, and culturally informed perspective and I respect the unique experiences within each person that I encounter. My personal and employment history informs and supports my work with parents, couples, blended and adoptive families or issues related to neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, or life transitions.

Life is full of ongoing challenges that can feel overwhelming and impossible to manage at times. Acknowledging that you need support, & that you don't want, or need to struggle on your own anymore makes so much sense.
