Weytk-p (Hello) I am a FNHA approved Indigenous Registered Social Worker (RSW) as well as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) passionate about helping the Indigenous population (13+). My practice is grounded in the Two-Eyed Seeing Framework, which integrates both Western approaches, including narrative therapy, trauma-informed practices, mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) alongside culturally responsive methods such as storytelling, the use of traditional plant medicines, and teachings from Elders.

My work is grounded in a client-centred model, where we work together as partners in your healing journey. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you navigate the world around you with clarity and understanding. Through our collaborative process, we will build on your inner resilience, empowering you to overcome life's challenges.
As an Indigenous person myself, I recognize the implications of intergenerational trauma cycles. For many years, I have been working with my own therapist to find my inner resilience and hold great value in the therapeutic process. Id be honoured to accompany you on your own journey towards a happier and healthier future.
