My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and a holistic view of wellbeing. I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression, Trauma (PTSD/ CPTSD), and Women's concerns. I have training in, and have applied the following modalities in the past: Trauma Certification, CBT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Meditation.

I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. To me, therapy is about rediscovering yourself and getting to know your strengths.
