If you identify as a neurodivergent, chronically ill, BIPOC &/or immigrant woman, queer or trans person, you may be carrying exhaustion, self-doubt, or disconnection shaped by systems that were not built with you in mind. You may want relief from burnout, stronger boundaries, deeper self-trust, and relationships that feel safer and more authentic. Your goal may be to feel grounded, understood and resourced enough to live, work, study, and care for others, without losing yourself in the process. You want and deserve support that is thoughtful, collaborative and human.

Many people come to therapy feeling like they’ve been talking about the same problems for years without anything really changing. If therapy has ever felt like going in circles, my approach might feel different. I take a practical and collaborative approach focused on creating real, sustainable change. Our work together isn’t about endless processing or clinical jargon. It’s about understanding the patterns that keep showing up in your life and building tools that actually help you move forward. If you’ve been thinking about therapy but aren’t sure where to start, reaching out for a consultation is a good first step.

You don’t trust people. You are getting swept up in your thoughts and emotions, do not feel like yourself (or maybe do not have a strong sense of self), and are finding it difficult to live the life you want to live. Your anxiety and mood swings are pulling you into confrontations or causing you to act out in ways that are hurtful to either you or others. Your inner experiences are confusing and disorienting, and you are not sure what to do. Self-care is a foreign concept. Carrying this weight – all day, every day – is exhausting. If this resonates with you, I can help.

Hi human. Thanks for being here, exactly as you are. My work deeply honours your past, while offering care surrounding what's currently showing up for you. We can slow down the activation and work to reduce the constant noise that lives inside by building internal safety and supports for all those unnamed experiences that have been getting pushed down. I work from a restorative care approach to support people experiencing disconnection from themselves, family, or community. The work is vulnerable, and I am committed to creating a gentle landing space for us to sit with curiosity in that vulnerability together.

You may be concerned about gambling, gaming, or technology use that feels difficult to manage or is affecting your finances, relationships, responsibilities, wellbeing, or sense of control. You may want to cut back, set healthier limits, stop altogether, or simply understand what is happening. I provide a non-judgmental space to explore these patterns, identify what matters to you, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. I also support people affected by someone else's gambling, gaming, or technology use.

You've had a thought you can't say out loud. That you might harm someone you love. That you're not who you thought you were. That something was contaminated, and now everything you've touched since is too. You've probably checked, confessed, researched it at 2am, or asked someone to tell you it's fine and felt better for about an hour before the doubt came back. That's obsessiveness. The content of the thought isn't the problem, and it isn't information about you. The problem is the loop, and the loop is treatable.

Are you overwhelmed by anxiety, self doubt, or meeting expectations? Have you noticed being so distracted that you aren't able to be present with who and what matters most? Or maybe you are facing a new life transition that is causing stress and uncertainty. Maybe you have decided to strengthen the relationship with yourself and others around you. Perhaps you want to find a way out of the same patterns that hinder you from being the most authentic version of yourself. I work with clients to help manage the self doubt and overthinking that hold them back, and to prioritize self without apology.

Someone you can talk to about anything. My work centres on three areas: Work, Purpose & Fulfilment; Relationships & Connection; and Life, Meaning & Mortality. Career disappointment is real. Relationships change—and sometimes end. Achievement doesn't necessarily bring fulfilment. As we grow older, what matters to us can change. You may be trying to build a life—or realizing the life you've built no longer fits. Sooner or later, all of us confront the fact that our time is finite. Not everything needs fixing. Not every difficult feeling needs a diagnosis. Sometimes the question is simply: How do I want to live the life I have?
