I’m Adelle, a bilingual therapist (French and English) whose passions come from years of experience supporting equity-deserving communities. My values as a therapist are to listen without judgment, to advocate when needed, and to adapt therapy so it truly fits you.
Therapy can feel daunting, but together we can create a space where talking and even expressing yourself feels safe and possible.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all method, I draw from different therapeutic approaches and shape them to meet your unique needs and create a space where you feel truly supported.
