Anger doesn’t make you broken. It makes you human.
If you’re tired of being told to “calm down” when what you really need is to heal—you’re in the right place.
I’m Julie Christiansen, Chief Therapist at Spa for the Soul and creator of the Anger Solutions program. I specialize in helping people who feel stuck in emotional cycles—especially anger, stress, and grief—learn how to feel, express, and resolve those emotions in ways that strengthen their relationships, not sabotage them.

Stuck in survival mode? It sucks but it doesn’t have to stay that way.
Living in fight, flight, or freeze mode drains your energy, hijacks your relationships, and makes therapy feel like a never-ending cycle. That’s not your fault, but it also doesn’t have to be your future. Trauma doesn’t get to run the show forever. EMDR is a proven, research-backed approach that goes straight to the root of the pain instead of dancing around it. My work is about cutting through all the noise, helping your brain process what happened, and finally getting you out of survival mode so that you may actually start living.
