You’re constantly needed. You’re juggling everything. And somehow, you’re still the one holding it all together. But inside? You feel anxious, touched out, overstimulated… and like you’re one small thing away from snapping. You might notice: you’re more irritable than you want to be, you feel mentally exhausted, even after “resting”, you can’t shut your brain off, you’re carrying the invisible load of everyone else’s needs, you feel guilty for needing space… but also desperate for it. This isn’t a personal failure. This is what happens when your nervous system has been running in survival mode for too long.

I support individuals in working through stress, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, self-esteem issues, relationship conflict, family conflict, history of trauma, childhood abuse, domestic violence, and grief and loss. I have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages and all phases of life who are in crisis or who have been struggling for a long time.
