I work with clients who are experiencing out of control sexual behaviour in an inclusive non shaming atmosphere. I also help spouses and partners heal from the pain of betrayal trauma. Additionally, I believe that human sexuality has a depth of various expressions. As a therapist, my range of expertise includes providing sex therapy for couples and supporting the rainbow end of the sexuality spectrum.
I have ten years of experience in helping hurting people and couples heal. My clients share that they appreciate learning effective tools that support their healing process. I am psycho-biologically trained which means that I use mindfulness focused therapy to explore ways we become disconnected from ourselves and others.
As the founder of Relate and Recover Counselling in Lethbridge, Alberta, I have been a trusted tele-therapist for rural areas in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Eastern Canada. Along with my counselling work, I have taught in post-secondary institutions for the past five years in the areas of Addictions Counselling and Psychology. There is hope for healing!
