Hi! I am a Provisional Psychologist working at Charis Counselling in West Edmonton. Clients I have worked with in the past have been willing to have difficult conversations with themselves and challenge the way they see and project themselves. While doing this, it is important to acknowledge that any type of positive change is still a step in the direction of their goals! With this balanced perspective, we can work to find the thoughts and paired emotions that are affecting your behaviours, and negatively impacting your life.
I use a variety of therapeutic interventions to support individuals' personal growth. I have experience supporting youth and adults with burnout, grief and loss, Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, and emotion dysregulation. I also offer a safe and confidential space for race, gender, and sexuality-based needs and supports.
