I am a registered Social Worker and have worked primarily with children, teenagers, and young adults over the past eleven years. I am passionate about what I do, and my strengths lie in my ability to connect with others to enhance their overall well-being. I focus primarily on supporting clients with symptoms of anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties and low self-esteem. I consider myself extremely privileged to work in this field and approach each client with compassion and understanding.
I practise from a strengths-based and evidence-based perspective. While I recognize that each client requires individual approaches to treatment, I typically draw from the following approaches in my practice: Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
If you’re looking for support, want to make a change in your life, or are looking to gain skills for personal growth or development, please contact me for a free consultation today! I truly believe I can support you to make a positive difference in your life!
