Taking the first step is hard; let me help you with the rest. I am passionate about walking with all teens and adults through their mental health journey. I strive to create an inclusive, safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable. I value a collaborative approach, where we will work together towards your goals. Regardless of where you may be in your mental health journey, I aim to provide a safe space for you where your needs and limitations are always my top priority.
My goal is to help you gain insight and find coping skills for troubling or uncomfortable emotions, behaviours, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, chronic pain, or other unique situations. Through whatever you may be facing, my goal is to help improve your quality of life. I use a holistic and person-centered approach, with Art Therapy, CBT, etc.
Mental health is complex, and everyone experiences it differently. You shouldn’t have to fit yourself into therapy; we will work together to make the therapy space unique for you. When working with me, you will be treated with the compassion, respect and warmth you deserve.
