Welcome to a safe and nurturing space for your personal growth journey. I'm here to guide you. I'm Kylie, a dedicated therapist with a passion for helping individuals like you navigate life's challenges. I am a level 3 certified Internal Family Systems counsellor, a method that has proven effective in addressing a wide range of issues. I specialize in helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the ability to heal parts of you that have gotten stuck in the past or in old survival strategies that may not support you now.

Our work together is all about understanding and harmonizing the various parts of your inner world. Through the lens of IFS, we'll address emotional challenges and promote self-awareness, compassion and healing. I also use TRE a somatic practice regularly. I also have an IFS Daily Parts journal on Amazon and on my Etsy Store Soul Led.

I am currently only offering counselling online through zoom. I also offer a free 15 minutes discovery call to see if we are the best fit. Online Weekly Internal Family Systems (IFS) Parts Journaling Group! Starting on Tuesday, March 26th, from 1:30 pm to 2:50 pm PST, and continuing every Tuesday thereafter, immerse yourself in guided experiential exercises designed to connect you with your inner parts, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself. Each session includes time for breakout room debriefs, and sharing. To reserve your spot, please register via Eventbrite or email info@kyliefeller.com. The cost is $40.00 per session, but we offer a sliding scale option of $20.00. Additionally, funding is available for FNHA BC residents.

Online TRE Group: Nervous System Regulation

Weekly Online TRE (Tension/trauma Release Exercise) Group. Held on Wednesdays at 5:30pm- 6:50pm PST. TRE is the same mechanism that animals use that prevents them from developing PTSD or anxiety disorders although they are constantly in life threatening situations. Their bodies have access to a neurogenic tremor or shaking mechanism that helps discharge stress and adrenaline so their nervous system can go back into a regulated state after danger passes. Humans have the same mechanism but we have socially conditioned ourselves to not use it. This group will help you access this innate ability to heal.
