Online TRE Group: Nervous System Regulation
Weekly Online TRE (Tension/trauma Release Exercise) Group. Held on Wednesdays at 5:30pm- 6:50pm PST. TRE is the same mechanism that animals use that prevents them from developing PTSD or anxiety disorders although they are constantly in life threatening situations. Their bodies have access to a neurogenic tremor or shaking mechanism that helps discharge stress and adrenaline so their nervous system can go back into a regulated state after danger passes. Humans have the same mechanism but we have socially conditioned ourselves to not use it. This group will help you access this innate ability to heal.

40 Hour IFS Immersion Training
IFS Immersion for Professionals ($2600 CAD). An intimate, experiential 40-hour Internal Family Systems (IFS) immersion designed for counsellors, coaches, and healing professionals who want to integrate and embody the model with confidence. Limited to three participants, this training goes far beyond the basics—exploring not only flow and unblending, but also polarizations, legacy and cultural burdens, and unattached burdens. Offered in December for Australian and European time zones, and again in Spring/Summer/Fall for North American and European participants.
