If you’re a teen or adult navigating ADHD, OCD, anxiety, trauma, depression, self-image concerns, or life’s challenges, I’m here to help. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, therapy can be a space to feel supported and better understand yourself. I offer a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach grounded in a socially just lens that honours your unique experiences and identities. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen self-understanding, and help you feel more grounded and connected.

I help clients understand their needs, build trust, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting. Using an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach, I offer a safe, collaborative space to explore your experiences. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, and mindfulness to support emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful change.

We are all human, with a story, life experiences and struggles of our own. I believe with proper support and an opportunity to reflect on these life circumstances, we can overcome the emotions, thoughts and behaviours that make us feel stuck, confused or overwhelmed.
