In a world where you may feel unheard, unwanted, and unsafe, taking the first step toward fulfillment and inner harmony is an act of courage. Rejecting shame lets us embrace hope. Together, we can explore ways of healing and growth that honour your unique identity and need for safety in an often challenging world. We’ll work through life’s challenges and heal unhelpful coping patterns.

I work to create a space to deepen your relationships, cultivate inner resilience, and embrace all parts of your unique self. My trauma-informed approach blends in-depth emotional exploration with proven modalities, so we can move past simply scratching the surface of problems.
