Groups
Real Talk: Men's Emotional Support Group
Real Talk is a 4-week men's emotional support group for male-identifying individuals looking for a space to be heard, connect with others, and explore what it means to show up authentically. Led by Kyle Staples, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), each 75-minute session explores themes including masculinity, identity, emotions, and connection. This is a judgment-free space where vulnerability is met with empathy and curiosity. All sexualities, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and political beliefs are welcome as diversity strengthens the group. Groups run Thursday evenings at 7PM in Midnapore, Calgary, beginning May 14th, 2026.
