For the past 15 years, I’ve specialized in helping people discover who they truly are. My practice is integrative – giving you the flexibility to take pieces of evidence-based approaches that best fit you. It is informed by humanistic, introspective, narrative, and psychodynamic therapies. Helping you lead the way as I serve as your trusted guide.
