Hello, I’m Kyle. I am the Founder and Director of Karalash Counselling & Psychotherapy, where I lead a team of skilled clinicians providing therapeutic support. Therapy is a vulnerable and deeply personal experience. I understand that opening up to a stranger can feel difficult, awkward, or uncomfortable. I also recognize how meaningful it can be to speak with someone outside of your day-to-day life—someone who can support concerns you may not feel ready to share with those around you. Whether you connect with me or another member of my team, it is a privilege to be part of your health and wellness journey.

My training, experience, and personal approach to psychotherapy allow me to offer an inclusive and affirming space. I work collaboratively with clients to find an approach that fits their unique needs, while thoughtfully bringing aspects of myself into the conversation. I strive to remain client-centred, non-judgmental, and realistic, creating tangible goals
