I also understand how rewarding it can be to speak with someone outside of your day-to-day, who can support through concerns you may not want to share with those around you. With 6 years experience as a Registered Psychotherapist, I have the training, the passion, and the courage to sit with you wherever you are at and explore your experiences from different angles. My training, experience and personal approach to psychotherapy allows me to offer an inclusive and affirming space. I work with my clients to find the approach that fits for them, while bringing aspects of myself to the conversation. I work to remain client-centred, non-judgmental, and also realistic - creating tangible goals in partnership with my clients.

Every therapist is different and cannot be 'the right fit' for everyone. This is why I offer a free consultation for you and I to connect, explore options, discuss your needs.
