Hello and welcome! I am a Registered Counselling Therapist currently accepting new clients in-person in Dartmouth/Halifax, NS or online via secure video call anywhere in Canada. I help adult clients navigate issues including anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (autism and ADHD) and related experiences, stress, burnout, identity, purpose, relationships, parenting, social connections, or generally struggling to cope with a life that is asking too much of you. You do not need a diagnosis to access therapy with me and I will believe you as the expert in your own lived experiences.
I am neurodivergent myself (AuDHD) and offer specialized neurodiversity-affirming therapy to adult neurodiverse clients. Are you looking to process or understand a new diagnosis or recognition of your neurodivergence? Or looking to find new ways to live comfortably as an authentic version of yourself? I can support you in that journey.
I strive to create an affirming & empowering space for people of all sexualities, genders, and identities.
