Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is largely based on the seminal work of Dr. John Kabat-Zinn who created Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and later, with a group of psychologists, refined it further to be called MBCT. Over the past two decades MBCT has been shown to positively impact other stress-related disorders that impact the mind-body, by combining aspects of cognitive therapy and meditative practices to foster new attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness. These skills can then be applied to everyday life to reduce the negative biological effects that cause stress.

The Intention of the PCM Technique (Prayer/Contemplation/Meditation) is to assist and empower people in advancing their own spiritual evolution with a daily routine of connecting to a Higher/Universal/Source of energy through Prayer (Part 1). Contemplation (focused and intentional thought) is Part 2. And in Part 3 we observe in a state of meditation/awareness in mind, body, and spirit. You will learn to refine the PCM Technique daily into your own words, to connect you with the Universe and bring forth amazing synchronicities, interesting coincidences, and manifestations in alignment with what you deeply seeking in life.
