About
Asking for help is one of the toughest and scariest things to do. This is a journey that we take together and my role is to help guide you on that journey and be with you so that you are not alone. Together we will uncover what is at the root of your distress, explore old patterns you’re holding onto, and focus on your strengths and resiliency moving forward. I am here to support you through compassionate, non-judgmental counselling to guide you in your healing. We all need this - to be seen, to be vulnerable, to feel safe to share ourselves in order to get the help we need in order to move forward.
Throughout our lives, we receive many messages from our families and society that influence the ways we see ourselves. I’m committed to helping you explore the beliefs that no longer serve you. I’m here to help you uncover who you really are and want to become.
We will work together to challenge some of the negative thoughts you may be having, increase your awareness to some of the behaviour patterns that may be contributing to your struggles as well as provide tools and strategies to increase resilience to feel confident, grateful and be your best self. **NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** please send EMAIL.
