Navigating Grief in Nature
Finding solace in nature can be a powerful aid in the journey through grief. Our therapy group provides a supportive community where individuals can share their experiences with others who understand, all within the nurturing embrace of nature. Led by experienced therapists, our sessions are designed to help participants navigate grief and find healing through evidence-based practices tailored to their needs. This group will run Thursday evenings from September 19 to October 17.
