I’m happy to support you in your healing journey – you don’t have to do this alone. I support youth and adults around issues with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship issues. I’m also a proud ally of the LGBTQ2S+ community.

I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client, providing interventions that address your emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual needs. I create a non-judgemental and collaborative space for you to build upon your strengths that foster resiliency in your healing journey. I also see humour as an important aspect in healing!
