Welcome! The first step in everyone’s individual journey is reaching out for support and finding someone you can entrust. I am here to assist individuals in understanding their mental health whether it is anxiety, depression, stress, concurrent disorders, suicidal ideation/ self-harm, distress tolerance, or trauma. For the last 10 years, I have worked with individuals in crisis and their families. It is my hope to support you in this journey to understanding your mental health and your path to recovery.
My approach is individually centered for my clients by creating a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and empathetic space. In my experience, I have worked with individuals struggling with a variety of diagnoses and goals for their recovery.
Everyone’s journey can be different. Let’s explore this in a safe/empathic/therapeutic way to find your resiliency and healing. Each individual deserves a safe space to express and be themselves. Please email for more information. Day and evening availability.
