I understand how daunting it can be to begin the process of finding a counsellor who is the right fit. I am so glad you are here and beginning the process. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from UBC. My own experiences with loss, anxiety, and life transitions have shaped the way I show up in this work, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients in their healing journeys. I believe counselling can be a powerful step toward resilience, growth, and positive change, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported at your own pace.
My approach is holistic and person-centered, with a strong belief in the connection between mind and body. I value looking at the whole person; emotional, physical, and mental health together, and adapting therapy to meet your unique needs. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, CBT, and DBT, while always remaining adaptive.
I have experience working with children, youth, and adults, and I hold space for a wide range of challenges, including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
