Rooted in liberation, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed care, I center people's experiences, needs, ways of knowing and being as they explore their experiences and new paths to understanding themselves in deeper ways. As a gender expansive Autistic ADHD'er therapist, and survivor of trauma I provide support to other neurodivergent Two-Spirit and LGBTQIA+ people as they (re)define their values and (re)connect with their intuitive sense of themselves and the world around them.

I strive to empower you to reconnect with your body, manage emotions, increase self-awareness, and develop values aligned coping skills . I aim to be non-judgmental and relational while centering your intersectional experiences in an anti-oppressive and wholistic ways.
