We all have a story to tell that is uniquely ours. These stories can include our positive experiences but also times when we're faced with challenges that can make us feel stressed, overwhelmed, and unmotivated. As a therapist, I'm committed to providing you with a non-judgmental and safe space to tell your story. Whether you're facing a life transition, the effects of trauma, or challenges in your relationships—I want to help you to discover your strengths, embrace self-compassion, and take manageable steps towards your goals. I work holistically and collaboratively to tailor to the specific needs, values, and goals of each client.
I draw from CBT and EFT to restructure thoughts and emotions to foster healthy relationships with oneself and others. I also use somatic approaches (e.g., mindfulness) to address the ways stress and traumas can dysregulate our bodies. Through strength-based and SFT, I empower clients to develop confidence and clarity that will help overcome challenges.
Feel free to reach out to me by booking an initial session by visiting my site. If you have any questions, want to learn how therapy works or how I can support you, you can book a free 15-minute consult. If it turns out that I'm not the right fit for you, I'd be more than happy to help you find the right therapist for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
