My journey as a therapist is deeply rooted in lived experience, which has fueled my passion for offering care and compassion to others. With over fifteen years of experience working both internationally and across Canada, I have had the privilege of guiding countless individuals through their healing processes, whether it is an eating disorder, grief, addiction, substance misuse, mental health challenges or complex trauma. I have also supported people dealing with relationship issues, family dynamics, cultural adaptation, and much more
I work with clients of all ages, including young children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, teens, and adults. I understand that each stage of life comes with its own unique challenges and opportunities for growth. I work from a person- centered, strengths based, anti oppressive approach, incorporating various modalities to achieve healing.
