Finding an inclusive therapist in a small rural town can be hard - trust me, I’ve looked! One of my key values in becoming a psychotherapist is to provide support that is inclusive, safe, and non-judgemental. In my work as a Social Service Worker, my heart was captured by young people coming from all walks of life who deeply, desperately, yearned to be heard.

My approach to psychotherapy is often very “go with the flow” - I appreciate that every person who sits in my chair is an individual with unique needs, stories, and learning styles. As a result, no two clients will have the same experience! We will explore together to learn more about your struggles, and find unique ways of coping, processing and healing.
