In addition to being a psychotherapist, I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who is passionate about the intersection between mental health and physical health, and can make nutritional recommendations when applicable. Groups
New Mom Support Group
Although many of us hear about how rewarding parenting can be, there isn't always space to talk about some of the challenges: the exhaustion, the overstimulation, the guilt. This VIRTUAL support group creates space for the full picture. Led by one of Fresh Insight's Registered Psychotherapists, Tammy Scanlan, this support group is designed for mothers of children ages 4 and under who are seeking a safe, non-judgmental space to feel understood, supported, and less alone.
