I provide psychotherapy to youth, adults, and families. I emphasize the importance of providing a non-judgemental space to unpack life challenges, all while building insight and awareness towards established skills and patterns, and increasing confidence in doing differently.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, as well as other evidence-based psychotherapy modalities to best address your clinical needs.
