My practice is grounded in a deep commitment to creating intentional space for your healing journey; building on connectedness, trust, and safety. I hope to support you in feeling safe, seen and heard. I invite curiosity, collaboration, self-compassion, courage, and creativity into the therapy space. I center relational values and ethics at the heart of my practice on intersectional, equity-centered, trauma-informed, justice-doing, and community approaches to healing.
I bring specialized knowledge to helping individuals on their healing journey after trauma in the areas of; gender-based violence, family violence, sexualized violence, racial trauma, system-induced trauma, intergenerational trauma, vicarious trauma, secondary wounding, traumatic workplace and life events, chronic health, illness, and grief trauma.
My primary practice is EMDR and IFS-informed therapy, integrating attachment-based, mindful-based, self-compassion, somatic, land-based, and relational therapies. I would love to hear and learn about you, and be a part of walking alongside you, on your healing journey together.
