I work with adolescents, students & young adults (14–40) seeking support through life’s challenges and transitions. I enjoy working with those new to therapy, particularly men in their 20s–30s exploring how to show up authentically amid life’s expectations. I appreciate and respect gender, sexual & relationship diversity. I provide gender-affirmative care and support for individuals, parents/caregivers & families within Two-Spirit & LGBTQIA+ communities.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, relational, somatic, & focused on helping you feel more connected to yourself & others, while meeting every part of you with care.
I support anxiety & depression, relational challenges, emotions, difficult or traumatic experiences, self-esteem & worth, grief & loss, sexual health, sexuality & gender identity.
I have specialized training to offer Hormone Readiness Assessments for gender affirmation, and psychedelic preparation & integration sessions.
