It all begins with a first step. Maybe you're feeling burnt out or want to make a change. Perhaps you are exploring some of life's deeper questions. Or maybe you want to find your voice through creativity. Whatever it is, the way we approach your path can make all the difference. Often it is hard to describe the kind of change we are seeking, we just know that things can't continue as they are. That feeling of uncertainty that comes with new terrain is common, and part of my role as a therapist is to assist you in exploring and defining your needs as they evolve.

We can use traditional talk therapy and / or art therapy to explore, question, and notice what arises in your life together. We will pay careful attention to the signs from your body, nervous system, spirit, and intuition, cultivating your inner knowing. We will also explore how your environment is shaping your path and discuss various routes to wellness.

Through this process my intention is to help you feel heard, to recognize your own growing edges, and above all to become empowered to make choices that align with your inner compass. These steps will be taken with gentle curiosity, kindness and self-compassion. As with everything, timing matters - I am available to connect when the timing is right for you.

These 6 week online art therapy circles are offered approximately four times a year and are kept small to create a comfortable environment for creative exploration and sharing. We will spend our time together orienting, connecting, exploring, creating, reflecting and witnessing. No artistic prowess or expensive art supplies needed. Sessions are usually 2 hours long and cost approximately $60 / week. As of Fall 2023, art therapy circles are available virtually and in person at my new studio office.
