My role is to help you identify the strength that you already hold and support you to create more room for self-compassion, awareness, and ease. I believe that our first priority is to build the trust needed for you to find comfort in sharing your life stories and experiences at your own pace.
With over 10 years experience, I understand that everyone's life is complex and is deserving of thoughtful time and attention. My trauma-informed practice is rooted in evidence-based theories and techniques such as Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behaviour Theory (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindful Self-Compassion.
I am honoured to work alongside people of varying backgrounds and aim to continuously learn how to better support and celebrate diversity in our community.
