Specializing in trauma-informed approaches like EMDR (S.A.F.E.), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), Kristin will work to support you on your journey as you become the best version of your Self—as defined by you. Kristin is an EMDRIA approved EMDR Trained practitioner, with a specialization in somatic and attachment, and is a Level II Trained IFS practitioner, with specialization in IFIO.

In addition to EMDR and IFS, we also draw on other therapeutic techniques from EFT and IFIO for couples, Feminist, Somatic, and other complementary approaches to help reach your goals.
