This includes helping parents, teens, and young adults understand and navigate assessment results, as well as addressing challenges like relationship difficulties, transitions, emotional or behavioural dysregulation, or mood and anxiety symptoms.

As a certified trauma therapist, I use a holistic and integrated approach that adapts to each client's needs, using evidence based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, IFS, and ACT. When necessary, we explore practical strategies to help you navigate your challenges while staying anchored in the present moment.
