Hey, I’m Kristie—it’s great to virtually meet you! If you are looking for a therapy space where you can show up exactly as you are, you're in the right place. I provide a compassionate, genuine, and deeply authentic environment for individuals and couples (including monogamous, polyamorous, and open relationships) of all genders and sexualities. I specialize in supporting folks navigating life transitions, relationship dynamics, neurodivergence, and the unique pressures faced by fellow health professionals. Together, we’ll work to understand your story deeply, heal emotional wounds, and cultivate a true sense of self-compassion.

I use an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs, drawing from compassionate inquiry, psychodynamic therapy, and parts work (IFS-informed & inner child). Together, we will get to the root of burnout, shame, or anxiety. Whether healing complex trauma or navigating neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism), our focus is on relief, insight, and alignment.
