Our experiences are shaped by the weight of the systems that constrain us, which is daunting to bear alone. My approach is relational, non-pathologizing, neurodiversity and LGBTQ affirming, trauma- and structurally informed. I am a queer non-binary, disabled, and neurodivergent therapist with experience in diverse practice settings. I have supported folks from varied social, cultural and economic backgrounds navigate an array of topics like self-exploration, gender and sexuality, grief and loss, complex trauma, life transitions, neurodivergence, social inequity, disability, OCD, depression, anxiety, and substance use.
Healing is a relational process. Together, we can co-construct an intentional, safe and compassionate space that explores the complexities of life with curiosity; including the ups, downs and in-betweens. I combine techniques from different therapy styles to suit your unique needs while sprinkling creativity, humour and playfulness into the process.
