An unlearning, an excavation, a remembering who you were before the world got its hands on you." I believe that the road to happiness involves shedding patterns, beliefs and pain no longer needed. I am a great fit for anyone who has a sense of humour, appreciates straight-forwardness and authenticity, and seeks a therapist who shows up as their real and genuine self.
My therapeutic style is one that is gentle yet straight forward with bits of humour sprinkled at every appropriate opportunity. I'll be very open with you while holding great respect for "where you're at." My mission will be to help you uncover the roots of your problem and offer some solutions to how we can reach your goals.
