You have the tools to heal and I can help get you there. I work within trauma informed, mindfulness and somatic frameworks. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing and fully certified in EMDR therapy. I am also trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couple therapy) and RLT (Relational Life Therapy). Trauma occurs in relationship and so does healing.
