Welcome! I am a Clinical Social Worker offering individual therapy to adults seeking support in healing their relationship to Self, attachment wounds, and relational traumas. You might be in an anxious-avoidant dance, noticing painful relationship patterns, feeling stuck in a loop of relational ambivalence, or want to resolve what's blocking deeper connections. You might be navigating difficult family relationships and questioning estrangement and boundaries. Perhaps you are noticing a harsh inner-critic, self-doubt, the urge to people please, or a disconnection from Self (the person you are and want to be; at your core).
I hope my presence will feel relatable, genuine, and calming. My practice is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (TF-ACT), attachment theory and somatic mindfulness. I am trained in Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (AF-EMDR), and working towards full certification.
To turn inwards and share the most vulnerable parts of Self is so courageous. I am here to provide a safe space for the parts of you that are asking to be seen, heard and understood in a way that is transformative to your inner and outer worlds.
