Accepting new clients - I work primarily with adults who are struggling with ADHD and AuDHD (late diagnosed or suspected), BPD, trauma, rejection sensitivity, relationship stress, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, emotionally immature parents, and social + general anxiety. My strength comes in the form of relatability, as well as curating effective coping skills and offering a relaxed space to process trauma and regulate the nervous system.
I also offer flexible in-person options, such as "walk and 'talk" sessions.
My personal experience with mental health and trauma recovery has granted me a unique outlook on the therapeutic process.
