Kristen, Tess, Alex & Paula welcome you! This is therapy for the queer community, feminists, neurodivergent folks, allies, and anyone questioning where they fit. If you're tired of explaining yourself or feeling like you need to shrink parts of who you are, you've found your people. We provide online therapy from an intersectional feminist lens that is ND & queer affirming, non-judgmental, and grounded in harm reduction. We understand what it's like to exist in spaces that weren't designed for us, and we're committed to creating virtual therapy spaces where your authentic self is not just welcomed - it's celebrated.
Therapy by trauma informed Masters Level Registered Social Workers. Clinical Supervision, Consultation and mentorship for other therapists is offered by founder, Kristen Hydes (Canadian Clinical Supervisor with the CCPA).
Life is complicated, and so are the reasons people seek therapy. Our inclusive therapists specialize in supporting folks who don't always fit into traditional therapy boxes. Here are some of the areas where we do our best work: trauma, grief, loss, identity, life transitions, poly curiosity, challenging perfectionism, burnout recovery and prevention.
