I'm so glad you are here. I am currently accepting clients for supervision/consultation as a registered Canadian Clinical Supervisor (CCS-CCPA). I arrive to my supervision practice with 12+ years of counselling in both the public and private sector; I understand burnout, imposter syndrome, scarcity mindset...and all the beautiful and hard parts of this work. I work from a fierce intersectional feminist lens and love witnessing therapists thrive, take big leaps in their career and watch their visions unfold (whatever they may be!). I have two brilliant RSW on my team who are also available for individual & relationship therapy.
Clients describe me as compassionate, inviting and with a good sense of humour. Supervision/Consultation sessions may look different from what you may have experienced in your practicum...I believe in the importance of working from an anti-oppressive framework and acknowledging the wisdom you bring into each of our sessions.
I am an LGBTQ2SIA+ and poly-friendly counsellor who is openly childfree. I am an intersectional feminist therapist who integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Queer Theory, Self Compassion, Somatic & Narrative Therapy into sessions. Individual, Relationship & Group Therapy experience.
