I am passionate about helping clients identify and overcome the obstacles that keep them from reaching their full potential.

Together, we can explore and process the impact past wounds may be having on your sense of self, as well as your relationships with others. By processing and challenging these beliefs, I seek to help clients feel more empowered and confident in establishing/maintaining their relationship with themselves and others.

The most important factor in your success in therapy is finding a therapist who is the right fit for your unique needs and challenges. If I am not the right fit, I'm happy to connect you with someone else who will be able to get you where you want to go. If finances are a barrier, my practice also offers a reduced rate through our practicum program.
