Some modalities I draw from are Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Expressive play and art, CBT, DBT, somatic, parts work, and mindfulness. I tend to sneak these modalities in through play and general conversation. I also use EFT (tapping) and am level 2 Flash Technique trained.
