I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who experience anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, boundary issues, and other mental health concerns.
I believe in working from an evidence-based and trauma-informed lens where I holistically integrate various modalities and training to fit your unique needs. I draw from person-centred therapy while also integrating cognitive behavioural therapy, self-compassion, and eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
